K2S connection error
I keep getting this error:
"You can not access keep2share.cc from your current network connection!" I Contacted k2s and received this reply: >>Recommend to contact with JD support and >>When you restrart router or ISP change your IP address (every 24 hours) >>our link for downloads generated just for 1 IP address >>and if IP address change - need to update links >>so, please make a small queue to downloads >>for download period session >> or update a link in k2s, but it will be a new download >>Thank you! >>Please let us know if you have any further questions. We're always here to >>help. I was getting this message a couple weeks ago, then after a few restarts it seemed to resolve itself. Today it is back, and I have restarted twice and still can't get the links to regenerate. Last edited by daffdaemon; 18.05.2015 at 16:35. |

Maybe ask their support why this happens? Maybe you have a shared IP?

Seems to be having the same problem here. However as soon as I log in to my keep2share account in my browser and do a refresh on the account in Jdownloader it is ok. But if I restart Jdownloader the problem comes back and I have to do the same procedure again... Old code reused in update?

It has nothing todo with our code as I see it. You login via website, JD logs in via API, both from the same IP, it should not play any influence. I do know they track accounts by IP address, so if you have unstable internet and or if you still have IP reconnection enabled, I recommend that you disable the latter as it could attribute to blocking of your account. Please also ensure you do not share you account with friends etc, it will lead to banned accounts.

None of that I'm afraid, and no account sharing. Strangely it is only Keep2share that is problematic, other accounts are functioning without problems. I seems to have been this way since some of the latest updates of Jdownloader. I have also deleted the Keep2share account and added it again with no luck. It seems that Jdownloader cannot authenticate the account by itself, it needs me to login to Keep2share.cc webpage and then if I refresh the account in Jdownloader it can authenticate. Then of course when I restart the computor I have the same problem again...

What status does the account show when it fails in JDownloader?
Do you have to enter a captcha for login?

The status diplayed in account mamanger is: "You cannot access keep2share.cc from your current network connection!". The download traffic left is doing a countdown from 4 min with information Temp. disabled. The expire date dispalys a ~. The item to be downloaded first diplays a countdown from 39 seconds, after the 39 seconds it diplays a countdown from 4min 59sec. If I try to force download nothing happens. (Then if i log in to keep2share in my browser and refresh the account the download starts, but this I have expanded on above)

Contact k2s support about this. Maybe you enabled some security feature (ip whitelist) ?

Answer for the support:
"Go to Settings.Plugins and search for keep2share and disable use of api. It seems k2s limited number of ip's for the api which causes this issue. We will get in contact with their support about this." Seems also to have done the trick! Thanks for all help. |

Is there any way to dump the raw network logs of the account manager trying to log in and getting rejected? |

they block API access from different subnets, login in browser and then api should work.
else goto plugin settings and disable api use within k2s settings. logs, you can enable debug mode in advanced if you would like to see all requests, https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs raztoki

weirdness
Thanks for prompt reply. Couple things.

[] -> jd.plugins.PluginException: You can not access keep2share.cc from your current network connection!->ERROR_FATAL|Value:-1 So that rules out ISP interference since jd2 is making its requests on the identical SSL port 443 as my browser right? I emailed k2s support with my logs, they're the likely culprit. Quote:

You should contact k2s support and ask for help on *No allow from this network* We cannot do anything against this

Hi, i'm having a theme with this hoster lately. I couldn't say this applies only to k2s, but it's happening only with this hoster in my JD. I put this in connection issues as i think there is something with that.
I have a lot of links with message "no access to this file!" (in spanish, "no hay acceso a este archivo!"). I'm thinking is something related to cloudflare, but i would like you to check it. This is my log id: jdlog://0086281887641 Thanks! :D |

Others had this issue too. Looks like K2s had an api issue. Do you still have the problem?
Do you use vpn/proxy?

Okay, that matches with reportings from other users. I guess it was just temporarily api issue

fixed
I had the same problem, I keep getting this error:
"You can not access fboom.me from your current network connection!", and the countdown that never ever gets down to zero. It can be counting down from 60 minutes for days, it keeps reseting the timer. I finally fixed it by 1. Going into Settings | Account Manager, and removing the account for fileboom.me. 2. I restarted JDownloader. 3. I went into Settings | Plugins, choose the keep2share.cc plugin, and hit the rightmost button, the circular left arrow to reset the keep2share.cc plugin, and hit OK. 4. Then, I choose the fileboom.me plugin, and reset it. (By the way, if you have a premium account for fileboom.me specified in the account manager, then this plugin name never is included in the dropdown list; some people have noticed the absence of plugins in the list; this is why.) 5. Then in Account Manager, I added the premium account for fileboom.me again. 6. Then in Plugins, it showed Fileboom in the dropdown box; make sure that API is checked. (as a sidenote, if you ever drop down another handler, the fileboom handler will permanently disappear from the dropdown box choices. Bug??) Works great now. I'm not sure how it got into this screwed up mode. It had been working great for two weeks. It took days to figure out how to fix it. I'm not sure, but it might have happened that I got a fileboom link open up a tab on the browser, and I might have selected "Slow download". Or maybe a slow download on k2s??? Just guesses. Or maybe the fact my router died around the same timeframe. Last edited by craigrconner; 27.12.2017 at 07:27. |

@craigconner:
Thanks for the feedback. Can you please explain point 4 and 6? How do you make the entry disappear? I have an account and the plugin is listed like all others. Please know that the list is sorted to *plugins with accounts*,*hoster plugins*,*decrypter plugins*, so a plugin might be in list at different possitions

just type the website name (partial match is fine) in to filter out objects, vs looking for it with the whole list.
