Default Advanced System Repair removed JDownloader files!!!!

Long story short- googled why captchas stopped working last night and it said it was most likely a registry problem and suggested using ASR to fix it. Downloaded the program and ran it only to have the JD icon on the computer disappear and buttons and images within the program (which was open) be replaced with icons saying "dummy." I went into my task manager to try to repair the program and it wasn't even listed in my programs anymore. I reinstalled it, but of course all the items I had saved to download are now gone.

Is there any way to get the list of files waiting to be downloaded back? Or am I SOL and have to start looking for them again?
