The site makes the file available for downloading. I even updated the software. No difference. I've not had this issue with NF in the past, including earlier today. Note: As a side note, when the link is first parsed by JD2, it is able to detect that the file is online, yet it fails to download. Ultimately JD2 lists the file and not available (0/1). Seems issue with nitroflare. the final download link from server responds with
HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway Quote:

Oh great. Thanks for the update as to what it was. It would have been nice if JD2 put up the bad gateway message.

Host Problem is generic message for all such issues. At the moment more individual errors are not supported/planed
