Default Date format

In the download window, JDownloader2 displays dates only as dd-MMM-yyyy.
It's quite readable, but it would be even better if one could choose dates to be displayed in ISO format (yyyy-mm-dd).

A while ago a ticket was issued (EZU-936-85740) and courteously answered by developer Jiaz on the possibility of JDownloader reading user settings in Windows and display dates accordingly.

Perhaps it would be simpler if - instead of reading user OS settings - one could choose ISO as an alternate format.

Think it would use regionalised date format as default, maybe not system setting date formats though.

@raztoki: the default format is specified in translation file so can be different for each language
