Default bugs and recommendation for JD2's behaviour on baidu links

1. create the same directory structure as parsed. if the parse link has subdirectories, then create subdirectories under a top directory. perhaps have a prompt to ask for a top level directory (similar to password prompt) if subdirectories are found.

2. remember password entered by user and try for all subdirectories. when parsing one link, only prompt for password again when previous entered passwords failed. Currently, I have to enter the same password 100 times for 100 JD2 prompts all over the place if a password protected link has 100 subdirectories. not to mention the prompt gets wider and wider as JD2 traverse deeper into subdirectories of subdirectories

3. remember password across session. I find it funny that I have to add all password protected baidu links again if I restart JD2. either for update or just restart PC. otherwise, JD2 complain some restart error on every baidu link

4. sometimes the parsed file name and size don't match with what is seen in browser. size will match with file name remain incorrect (same as what JD2 had parsed and interpreted) if you proceed to download the files with JD2. this happens on files with name containing only ascii characters but in subdirectories (subdirectory name only contain ascii characters too), so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with unicode filename

after the latest update. JD2 can no longer parse subdirectories in the link. all subdirectories in a link show up as unknown with offline status, but everything is normal and files in the subdirectories can be downloaded if you visit the link through browser
