Enable 'Debug mode' (settings > advanced settings > Log: Debug Mode), restart JDownloader
Reproduce the issue and create log, https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here You can also send username/password to support@jdownloader.org so we can check it
