Default selfupdate error

Salve a tutti, a seguito di un aggiornamento mi è comparso questo errore che non mi permette di far funzionare JD.
devo costantemente reinstallare per poter accedere al programma.
ma poi quando ricompare la richiesta di aggiornamento tutto ricomincia da capo.
Qualcuno può aiutarmi? purtroppo non conosco l'inglese quindi gradirei una spiegazione in italiano.

Update is already available. In case auto update does not work, delete Core.jar and the folders tmp and update

done and i restarted JD2 and downloaded latest updates but i'm issue validating the update, seems it cannot install it properly and now the program w'ont start at all.

well was able to save my links as .dlc, so i just uninstalled and reinstalled it

@Kuzutetsu: Please know that DLC is NO Backup. Next time, please backup/copy the COMPLETE cfg folder as it contains all settings/links/accounts. Sorry that I didn't answer earlier and you had to re-install it.
When the same error happens again, just delete Core.jar file and the folders tmp and update
and rename JDownloader.jar.backup to JDownloader.jar and start JDownloader again
