In this case, it could take much time, yes.
They added crypted stuff so that automatring the free download mode isn't so easy anymore.
I'm not there the next week and I don't know if someone else will do it.
Possible solutions:
1.Find someone who can fix it quicker than me.
or
2.Buy premium, premium mode should still work fine!

ups, there is no letitbit.net plugin on "Plugins & Addons - host list" settings, but there is letitbit.tv, is it different ? how to add letitbit.net host ?
I use this host without an account. I do not have a proxy.

I have tried downloading direct from web navigator (tried on IE10, Firefox and Chrome...) and i cant download nothing from letitibit, big files, small files... nothing... the "Download on slow speed" button for free mode turns from green to gray color and when i click on it the link to file doesnt load, just throws me the link to Premium download...

i tried cleaning cookies, cache and everything but didnt solve anything...

If you can't download via browser, usually JD won't be able to download as well. If you live in USA, download from there is blocked.

You get: PluginException at jd.plugins.hoster.LetitBitNet.handleFreeFallback(LetitBitNet.java:424)

Letitbit isn't working for me, I'm in Canada.

Linkgrabber recognizes the download link and I'm able to transfer the Letitbit url into the download window, but then JD just sits on the download, saying "Connecting...." and never gets out of that mode.

I tried the same Letitbit link in Firefox. What was interesting was that the "Slow Download" option didn't appear until I had disabled AdBlock for the Letitbit download page. Once I had done that, the Slow Download option appeared and I was able to download the file from LetitBit using Firefox.

I thought I'd wait a few days to see if anyone else had this problem, but it seems to be just me and a friend here in Canada. We're still experiencing the problem where JD just sits on a Letibit download link, saying "Connecting..." but never starts the download.

Because I was able to download it using Firefox, I don't think there's any problem with our systems (for me, XP+SP3, for my friend, 64 bit Win7), nor does it appear that Canada is being blocked by Letitbit.

I sent the Letitbit download url of that tiny file to JD and JD sat for about a half hour, just saying "Connecting..." in the Status window.

I was originally running Java v17 and upgraded to v21 with no change. My friend has been running v21 on Win7.

JD reports that the Letitbit Plug-in is 20654.

I did notice that the log file has several warnings, like this:

Can you see anything in the log file that might indicate what's causing the problem?

Edit: BTW, JD has successfully downloaded from a number of other file hosts. It's just Letitbit.

Some additional information. I'm using Windows Defender, no antivirus, Firefox and Miranda IM were running at the same time as JD.

I've attached the two JD text log files to this post, after following the instructions in the Emergency Log link in your post.
