Conversion of 32 bit to 64 bit crashes or data loss download list + loss linkcollector

How to move data from a 32-bit version on a 64-bit without problems?

I don't have this problem, I think the reason is because I have installed Java x64, and It seems that you have installed only Java x86.

I had the same issue some months ago, when going to jD2. More than about 5 active downloads were horrible slowing down everything. (Win8x64 + Java x64 + 16 GB RAM)

Try adding this user variable in windows system settings:
name: _JAVA_OPTIONS
value: -Xincgc -Xms768m -Xmx1024m

This settings works ok for me. Maybe a play around with it is useful.
...and probably the actual version of jD2 even does not need that.
