Default How can I avoid extracting certain files?

I'd like to learn not extract a file called "Premium.txt", but I want to extract another .txt files.

How is the syntax? Because I'd tried but it didn't work.

It's regex. It should be
.*Premium.txt

In case it doesn't work, please report back
