Default from linkcollector to JD2 (Mojave)

Problem: I deleted links in the link collector window.

To bring them back I searched and opened the /JD2/cfg folder where I found the zip files of interest (linkCollector and DownloadList).
I selected one of the latest LC.zip whose size was appropriate for being "full" o links.

However I cannot remember how to import the LC.zip file back into JD2.
I tried:
1) open the zip and move the folder into the link collector window. Nothing happens
2) move the zip file directly into the LC window. Nothing happens

Should I remove all the newest LC##.zip files so that when I opened JD2 the program will directly use the LC.zip I want?

Thanks

Edit: I checked the content of some of the files in the folder linkcollector###. They are "unix executable". I duplicated one of them and renamed with .txt so that I can read it.I can confirm each of these exec file contains a specific link. Of course I cannot rename all of them (hundreds) so I hope to find an easier route

You can simply Drag/Drop them into JDownloader or use "Load Container" action
See https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...nkgrabber-list

The files within the zip are not "unix executable" but simple json/txt files

Hi
ooook. I though that drag and drop was literally moving the zip onto the program or in its link collector window.

Actually I solved by cancelling the latest (and empty) LC.zip files from the cfg folder. In this way once JD2 starts, it finds and load the proper directory.

You can drag/drop into DownloadList or Linkgrabber.
Your method also works fine but is more *complex*
