Tooltip of the tray icon shows "JavaEmbeddedFrame" on linux running KDE Plasma
Hi
I use JDownloader installed via flatpak on Arch Linux running KDE Plasma 5.16.5 desktop environment. If Tray Icon is enabled in JD settings, the tooltip shown when I hover over the JD tray icon shows "JavaEmbeddedFrame" instead of "JDownloader". See the attached screenshot please. It's because the TrayIcon uses a JWindow which your Desktop shows up as "JavaEmbeddedFrame"
That's nothing we can change but there are many search results regarding this and telling Desktop to hide those. for example forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=103890

Also according to bugreports, it seems to be connected to used Java Version (OpenJDK,Oracle...) and DesktopManager.

Maybe a rewrite of tray extension with different framework will help, I don't know

The tip from linux mint forum does not work on my system.
I installed oracle java 12 on my system and I even tried jar version of JD available in download section under "Other", but this issue persists. Thanks for your attention. |

I've released an update yesterday that *might* help. Do you still have the JavaEmbeddedFrame when switching through the windows?
