jDownloader is messing with the folder structure
Ever since I first started using Jdownloader 2 it organised files by putting them in a subfolder with the package name. With the most recent update it now does not use subfolders anymore, and whenever I click a package in the download list it moves the contents out of the subfolder and renames the package to "various". Furthermore, it changed the download folder in settings to "Please enter a valid Download Folder". Now I have a bunch of files moved to "C:\Users\ben\AppData\Local\JDownloader 2.0\Please enter a valid Download Folder".
I know how to put the download folder back to how it was (just change it in settings) but now I cannot use jDownloader without it messing up the folder structure any time I click on something. How do I fix this? EDIT: turns out changing the download folder didn't fix it. It now randomly puts new downloads in "Please enter a valid Download Folder". Exactly the same problem here. It's total clown fiesta.
App moved like 40 GB of data from different locations to the "Please enter a valid Download Folder" folder. It's annoying but pretty funny hah. Now I have to clean that mess ^^ Last edited by geeeeezeeee; 19.03.2018 at 15:29. |

I have the same problem.
Last update and "Save to" says "Please enter a valid Download Folder". If I do that, it changes back to the above. And the name of the folder got deleted. |
