Default jdunrar always applying sub-path?

It seems like jd-unrar is always applying the sub-path even though I don't have the option set.
I was using it for a while, to extract to %ARCHIVENAME% but I unchecked the option but I still seem to be getting archives nested one level deeper then I'd expect. Either that or everything I have gotten lately has an embedded path an extra layer deep, but that seems unlikely.

Anyway, is anyone else running into this?
Thanks!

Did you check those .rar files? They might have additional levels of sub-folders.

I haven't checked all of them no, but I am going to go back and sample some.
I just don't want to believe some people are creating archives that are nested with a double path like that.
