Hello,
I have an alldebrid account with premium on.

Often, I find myself in the situation where even having a valid and not expired alldebrid account, the supported hosts (like mega, or others) are blocked, give 509 error, download limit exceeded, download quota exceeded and so on

Usually, when alldebdrid is used, on the "connect" column in the download grid it appears the alldebrid icon to show that you're actually using Alldebrid to download (check pic ddd i attached)

I also tried to set a rule to enforce using alldebrid before other download methods (check pics ddd2 i attached)

but to no avail.

Alldebrid offer on his page, a form where you paste the links of the file hosts (for example mega) and it converts them to some url on their server on which you have the access to the download.

The alldebrid plugin should be supposed to do that and grab the alldebrid links to proceed to the fast and unrestricted download.

WHat is happening?
Why it works like it's mixing normal download with premium alldebrid download?

Hi,
your account usage rule is wrong as you did NOT uncheck the free download - see HRE.
The behavior you are seeing is explained HERE and can be avoided by using correctly setup account usage rules.

Doesn't make much sense as UI explicitly tells you that if you can make groups. Inside a group the download mode provided are tried with RANDOM rule, but groups are tried in the order provided, so JD should always try the premium first.

Anyway I will give a try and let you know.

Wrong!
"Multi Hoster Accounts" is a group.
If you had multiple "Multi Hoster Accounts", all of them would be preferable tried in a RANDOM order (you may as well customize the order) before trying to download in free mode (without account).

You only own one multihoster account so the "random" order is irrelevant.

If you simply disable the download without account for all hosts you want to download from and you will not run into this issue again.
Please keep in mind that if a host is unavailable via multihost, you will end up getting another errormesage (with a waittime) instead.
In such a case, your download will usually also not be possible via browser and the only thing you can do is wait and retry later!

I tried the settings you said and it doesn't work.


image dd3 is the current result (and these are the only downloads I am making so the "too many concurrent" doesn't really makes any sense but I don't know what causes it.

Settings can be seen in ddd4

Even when it downloads, you can see that it doesn't use alldebrid (image ddd5)

So it's not working

The multihost is available as I can use the multihoster site via browser without any problem.

What could be the problem?

You did not read my post so I'll quote myself:

The errormessage you see in JD comes directly from the alldebrid.com API.
There is not JD bug/fault.
In this case, lower max. downloads and max. chunks and try again and/or contact the alldebrid.com support.

It doesn't download so no, it doesn't ignore your multihost account.
Once again:
The errormessage you see is from alldebrid.com.

Ok thank you, I will investigate wheter the error is given from alldebrid and what limits it has
