When a transfer is disconnected from Megaupload, it will bring up the "wait (xx ) seconds to reconnect" for that particular file. The problem is it moves to the next megaupload link, and tries to download. Once it does that, the error becomes "Limit (2) reached! Wait xx minutes" and then neither file can reconnect and the list sits....

I think you're seeing the normal way jD deals with those issues. When jD can't download a file it tries another link.

If the problem persists, please provide some example links and a complete and detailed log.

correct, jd cant tell when limits have been reached until the the next download has triggered the server response. both limit (1/2) errors with megaupload can be bypassed with a new ip, try reconnection ?
