from the log it's not fault of the plugin as I see it
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake
over and over again

you're using 1.8.0_40
try with latest Java, at this time its 1.8.0_131

also when I try to download those files they have reached the bandwidth limit so you can't download.

open the link in browser you will see

Code:
Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time.

Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator.
JD error handling already parses for this

The problem has not been solved yet.

1.8.0_131 didn't help too and I don't have any bandwidth limit problem.
Internet Download Manager works very well but JDownloader2.

According to log, Java is unable to connect to this google drive.
It's either caused by local firewall/av or remote one
0:drive.google.com/172.217.22.206|Remote host closed connection during handshake

Can you please provide new example links and logfile, cause the ones from log are all offline

Exclamation Problem with resuming Google Drive's links GDrive

I can't resume Google Drive's links after one day.
JD2 tries to resume but it fails after 5 seconds of downloading for few times and then reset the link and use only one connection.

Also another problem while creating log: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

19.07.17 18.35.12 <--> 19.07.17 18.35.11 jdlog://6414114015941/

The log upload problem can sometimes occur, nothing major ...

As far as I know, not all GDrive URLs can be resumed.

Again you use some sort of transparent proxy that causes issues
-->HTTPProxy:127.0.0.1:8080
-->HTTPProxyIP:127.0.0.1
java.net.SocketTimeoutException

I use no proxy:

27.07.17 20.34.59 <--> 27.07.17 20.39.58 jdlog://6611214015941/

There's no problem with IDM.
