Default A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment

Hello,

I'm sorry but I'm french and I'm not able to understand your discussions but I have a very regular problem of crash with JD.

It's always the same fatal error with JRE and it occurs several times for a day.

I've joined the 2 last log files.

What I am supposed to do to resolve this problem ?

Please help me.
Thanks in advance for your response and excuse me if the solution is already in this forum...

try uninstalling jre, download javara from raproducts.org/javara.html , make sure its removed. Download and install the lastest java 1.6.0_30 and try again.

MAke sure your firewall software and live web/link scanners have exemptions for java.exe javaw.exe and jdownloader.exe

Hi,

Thank you very much !

I've made everything you said and it seems to be ok: no crash since yesterday.

However, I wish to notice 2 points:
- javara is no more available on raproducts.org but on singularlabs.com/software/javara
- I didn't find java 1.6.0_30 so I've donwloaded jre-6u31-windows-x64.exe on URL http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/ja...d-1501637.html

Thank you again for your prompt and efficient assistance

wasn't sure if there was a new release out for java, its about once a month.

and as for javara I just got that out of my address bar, and wasn't aware of the changeup. It's good that it's staying open source and free. Thanks for the headsup.
