[Declined] BLACK_EYE "look and feel theme" only darkens partial, leaves stuff white...

Hello. I have selected the BLACK_EYE "look and feel theme" and upon restart the top, bottom, tabs, scrollbars and certain other gui elements now show as dark gray background with light text, but the contents of the main window and most other things dont follow this theme and are bright white etc like the default theme. I have switched back to default and back to black eye but it didnt change. Is this the intended behaivor of this theme or should all elements be dark background, light text?
