I can login to ph using the browser, yes. Adding login credentials to Jdownloader via web interface instead of the app has the same result, telling me the Plugin is broken.

Maybe it's because JDownloader is running in headless mode on an Synology NAS with an ARM chipset? Surely pornhub must be using the useragent string to try to figure out my OS. Is there some way to force a different useragent?

Sorry, took a while for JDownloader to do the whole update, reboot, add account thing. connection is currently, very spotty. The settings now don't show an error anymore and it seems it is trying to fetch 240p and 720p files.

The linkgrabber really seems to tax that poor old NAS. I will let you know if it worked in the end.

EDIT: it seems to have worked, I now had three links in my link collector, one fro 240, one for 480 and one for 720, all different sizes. So I guess whatever you did last did the trick

How much memory does your NAS have? JDownloader only can work with 58 Mbyte which is very very very small amount of memory

it's an older NAS from 2011 with 128Mb of Memory. JDownloader works but really takes it's time sometimes, particularly when adding links. But that's not a big issue and I can live with that as opossed to always have to turn on my PC and keep it running for Downloads

I have a free account set up. I haven't tried to removing/re-adding it yet. The video itself has downloading disabled on it, though, although I figured JDownloader could circumvent that.

Yap that particular video has downloads disabled even via account mode.
REMOVE your pornhub account from JD (or deactivate it), then re-add that url and you should be able to at least download the 480p version of this video via JD

Because in this case our plugin simply 'thinks' there is nothing so there is no need for any user-feedback

I will add a workaround for this soon then you will not need to disable your account for such URLs

For some reason when I fetch video links that are meant to be in HD (720p), it only fetches them in 480p. When I change the settings to fetch the best quality, it still only fetches the videos in 480p. I tried removing the 480p option so it only fetches in 720p and 1080p and now it just won't fetch anything (as if it's only allowing me to fetch in SD instead of HD). I tried with a free account and without and account and the same thing happens.

Is there anything I can do to fetch in 720p? Will there be a fix in the next update? I updated today and it appears to be the same.

The last person did say that he tried using with a free account and without, so not sure why you're telling him that again, lol. What's happening for me is that it's not picking up anything except for 480p with Premium account, not even 240p is picked up by Premium. Sometimes it has to be no account at all for something to be picked up, other times the free account is needed instead of Premium.

Now I could do the opposite and tell you what works fine here but I guess this won't help you

Thanks for the prompt response. I used the video link you posted in your following comment as an example and took a log below. I can't fetch an HD video with any link. Every link is 480p and that's it. As the other person said, I used both free account as well as no account and got the same issue.

It seems they use different kind of protection for you.

Only 480p is un*protected*, higher resolutions are protected via javascript. This is not done yet
