Bouncy Castle
For the past couple of days I have not been able to access premium accounts Icerbox or Nitroflare through JDownloader. There is no problem downloading through a browser at those sites . Uploaded.net seems unaffected. I have attached screenshot of account summary.
I also tried to produce a log and this was the notation given: 07.02.18 18.02.23 <--> 07.02.18 18.05.07 jdlog://8247354433151/ I have re-entered the correct login details to the hosters but I still get the same problem. p Can you help? Kind regards, Tasso Last edited by tp1; 07.02.2018 at 12:22. Reason: typo |

Please check your firewall/av
There are major network issues to many servers that cause connection aborts and failing connections

I have disabled the firewall , rebooted and i still cant use Nitroflare or Icerbox with Downloader. Same messages appear. Premium downloads using web browser work fine on these sites .

Please provide new logs
What firewall are you using? I don't know any firewall that you really can disable That's why I always suggest to uninstall it, reboot and test again and then install again.

Okay, looks somehow your installation is broken. Do the following
Open JDownloader and open the about dialog. there you can click on the installation folder to open the folder. Close JDownloader now delete Core.jar file and the folders tmp, update, log and libs on next start JDownloader will update itself and it should work fine again. Please report back

I did the above but no change. I also ran Downloader 1, updated it and it seems to work fine. I guess I can use JL1 in the meantime, although it doesn't have Icerbox listed under premium accounts.
Should I try rolling back java to see the affect on JL2? I did an update the other day and was wondering whether this could have caused the problem. |

We should find out what is different for you that JDownloader2 fails. From logs I could tell that something is very strange with class loading.
I suggest we check out together via Teamviewer. Contact us via support@jdownloader.org
