[Declined] [NOT a JD issue] Alldebrid doesn't support WDUpload

When I login to my Alldebrid account, I can't download from WDUpload, even though the host supports it. What't the problem?

We can't tell. If JDownloader detects issues for a specific host, it temporarily disables the use of this host and tries next possible method (eg free download).
Please restart JDownloader. Rightclick refresh the alldebrid account in Settings and then try to download a file. Then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post shown logID here

still says "missing account" while trying to download from WDUploads, even though correctly logged into an Alldebrid account

UP, somebody please solve this ... still doesnt work, tried multiple computers.

Hi,
we are obtaining the list of supported hosts via API:
api.alldebrid.com/hosts
Wdupload is listed but it is listed as disabled:

Please ask alldebrid to fix this - this is NOT a JDownloader issue!
