However, last hours it seems to work properly. Yeah!
After the trouble in the last days i watched more as usal at the JD and anyway JD kicks the premiumax-account to fast if their website responds with an error or nothing? Allways remove and add the account again helps but isn't comfortable
Maybe any ideas thats make the trouble a little bit easier for the users:
1. A "reset-option" insteed remove/add to reanimate the account
2. Show the error-response from the hoster(e.g. is good the know if just caused by too much traffic)
3. An undo for the lastest updates, if it unfortuanally kills lovely funtions

And: Thx to the JD-team for this great piece of software

I suspect the methods Premiumax use will differ depending on whether it is a free account vs a paid account. They are not likely to be as stringent with a free account so that may work fine.

I know you tested a paid account and it seemed to work... which is odd. Maybe you needed to try it out a bit longer (?) it can take a few hours before it breaks and you need to log in again.

Please provide logfiles. We can update plugin to work better, but we need logs to see why the plugin temp disabled a hoster.

As said, to test the basic functions of this plugin, a free account should be enough for us.
Also, if for whatever reason your account gets marked as invalid, a refresh should help.
Please keep posting logs of this situation.

Does this also happen via browser sometimes?
Do you have to re-login (with captcha) then?

The refresh does not fix the issue. Refreshing does not prompt for a captcha. It seems once broken you must enter a captcha which I can only get when I remove the Premiumax account completely then add it again with name / pass then the captcha pops - enter that and you are good for a few hours. This is not isolated to me as the temporary fix was outlined by a couple of other users in this thread (alfredp above) that's how I figured it out.

Below should have some fails then some success after I reset everything. To experiment once working I exited JDownloader and went back in - still working. I can post more if needed...

Your latest log only contains the premiumax "nginx error" response on download-attempts - cannot see any plugin issue.

Ok - the nginx error is the systemic issue for the users in this thread. I think they are all getting this.

One reply to kur-kur from you below is confusing as you implied it could be looked at despite the ngix error:

Please send me your premiumax login&pass via PM so I can see if maybe our plugin is broken.
Did you write that knowing that an ngix error was an impossible fix on your end but you wanted to ensure your plugin was ok?

I write this because thats what I saw in the log so I assumed that it'd be the same via browser?!
Do you think they (premiumax) do this on purpose to confuse us here?

The browser is fine.

I don't thing anyone is trying to confuse anyone or did anything with intent. I can say things were working for three months straight between Jdownloader and Premiumax before it stopped working about 3 days prior to me starting the thread.

I think the issue for all is this nginx error that you outline in my log (and other peoples logs). If it cannot be fixed on your end then the logs and checking the plugin is pointess. We will have to wait until Premiumax gets their act together and fixes their service... thanks for looking at this.

Just tested again with another premiumax account and was not able to reproduce the issue.

You will not reproduce the issue that quickly - it can work fine for hours at a time. This is confirmed not just by me but by Alfredp. See his "last hours" comment after he figures out he can force it to work by deleting the Premiumax account:

You need a pile of links (say 10-20 from a variety of hosts) and leave it for a few hours. Eventually it will stop working (captchas will pop for the files you want to download). Then delete the Premiumax account - reinstate it - then it will work again for a few hours.

*edit - if it helps I can scrape a bunch of working links from different hosts and PM them to you. Then you just paste into Jdownloader and done. Let me know.

Normaly no and never. But via browser sometimes happens that producing e.g. 3 donwloadlinks 1 of 3 needs a long time or failed. Seconds later with the same links works everything fine. The bad luck isn't repeatable.

It seems that one "bad answer" let JD disable the account instead skip to the next file.

I can confirm everything what about hastur wrote.

if this failure happens you get a "nginx error" in the browser instead of the download link.

and i don't have to resolve a captcha via the browser. i just have to send the link again.

As said, I just can't reproduce the issues you have and no, they re not plugin related.
Maybe the premiumax support can help.
I know they're watching this thread.
EDIT

I made some changes and added some more retries for the nginx error.

Hello, yesterday it already worked perfect again.
Thanks for your great work

Today, maybe I am over my max download volume for some specific hosters because no download starts in JD. Also when I try to download directly from Premiumax Webseite it says just simple "out" under the "Get my Download Link" button (Keep2Share and Rapidgator links), so its definitely not an issue with JD at the moment, in my case.

hmm, I watched today
via Browser:
UL: Downloadlink is okay (and works...)
SO: Traffic limit reached (is also okay...)
via JD (after account, remove, add, captcha...):
UL: first Link works with premium
SO: free-mode works also
But after one free-mode JD uses for all hosters global the free-mode instead premium
Again: account, remove, add, captcha...
same behaviour
Again: account, remove, add, captcha... and now with disabled SO-links
JD works alone for hours
'til any error disabled the "premium"-account again
What helps? Right: account, remove, add, captcha...
Meanwhile I can do this very fast:thumbup:
I'm still not sure if I could be faster by only solving the captchas in the free-mode...

Sorry, cannot reproduce any of these issues and I m not actively downloading anything at the moment even though a user sent me a premiumax account for long-term-tests.

@premiumax support:
We're still waiting for your answer and a nice API.
From our side there are no problems at all and we recommend you to simply make a small API (you can develop this in under 4 hours!) to ensure a good JDownloader implementation.
As you can see this is what your users want so whatever your thoughts on that are, we're waiting for you and we are the good guys so don't be afraid to post here

Reproducing or a long-testing may isn't needed...

Since an update 3 or 4 weeks ago the JD kills the premiumax account when any link produce an any kind of error.
Then JD goes for all supported OCH to the free-load-modus and don't come back to premium.
Only removing and new adding the premiumax account helps.

Before this update JD switched only for hosters with errors to the free-mode. All other by premiumax supperted OCHs were still working in premium-mode.
And after a waiting-time also the OHC with the error came back to the premium-mode.

It seems that anything happens after the first error. Maybe JD discards needed cookies(or whatever...) from premiumax.
But this should you know better.

Please provide a logfile. We need to see what error happens because the logic did not change and still only the host and not all should be temp disabled. So it must be a new error that the plugin does not handle yet/correct.

I tried some downloads from a variety of hosts - the attached should have some errors. The links stay on "starting" for a long time and then fail / go to free mode / captcha in order to download.

Your log contains a lot of these errors:
premiumax.net/antifraud.html
Either they block us specifically or their cloudflare is just badly configured and/or our Cloudflare support needs improvements.

To sum it up: We still need an API and want to cooperate with premiumax instead of "fighting" against them.
This would solve such issues.
As long as they don't cooperate with us I can only recommend you to avoid using their service!

Between 5 and 6 o'clock should SO reached the traffic-limit and after this happens UL was also going to the free-mode what should not be.
I tested some days before: Without SO in free-mode UL works fine. One link from SO(free-mode) stops alos UL...

If API or not, (nearly?) every error forces JD into the free-mode and than JD never change back to the premium-mode.
Only remove and add the account let it working again.
And this behavior is realy annoying.

I just added better handling.
Please update & restart JD in 5 minutes.
Additionally, make usage rules for all file-hosts that you use with premiumax and disable free mode:

Always the same:
nginx error
Please contact the premiumax support.

According to your log, JD keeps trying - cannot find any "Account missing" situation/error.
Please make sure that you make account usage rules for all of the hosts that you use in JD and disable free mode!

Premiumax appears to have done something to prevent the service from working even after putting in the CAPTCHA code now. It keeps saying wrong Captcha and is refusing my Premium account which works fine on their website.

Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

Hey Jiaz, as per the posts above (and another German bug thread I saw on this forum) I can no longer authenticate with Premiumax, and I've just bought a 3 month subscription :(

Is there any temporary work around that I can use rather than going to their archaic web GUI to download my links?

I've been using the manual delete / re-authenticate plugin fix for a month now, but as you know this has stopped working in the last week.

Thanks in advance,

Matt

(**Update - I have now sent my PreMax login details to the JD support address - hopefully they can give me a temporary work around.)
