Default Turn off/on JD on a Synology NAS

I have a Synology NAS DS218j
I installed java and JD using community packages as described here
and it works like a charm! thank you to the group of people making that possible in such a simple way!

my question is/are, 1. how to turn it off (close it) and how to disable "run on startup" ? To justify my query: unfortunately I cannot expand RAM on the "j" model and JD and I believe mostly java, consumes quite some ram and since I don't always use it, I would like to be able to run it "on-demand".
2. I saw that from myJDownloader I could close JD (but I guess java will still run) and in that case how to open it again?

I connected to terminal and I saw what I believe is the starting script under
Code:
/etc/init/pkgctl-JDownloader.conf
but I didn't wanted to mess up with everything, so I preferred to ask

I wonder if something like "shut down", "turn on", and "enable/disable on start-up" kind of scripts exist?

Hi,

1. Starting/stopping can be done via Synology webinterface.
You can already run it "on demand".
2. If you close JD via myjd, it will be gone and you will have to "manually" restart it via Synology webinterface.
There is no (easy) way o start JD remote - you would have to write something yourself if you need a more comfortable way to do this.

All in all, the community package is not made by us so we do not provide official/synology-specified support.
