Default Quickly skip downloads if they don't start continuously until all packages are done

I'm downloading from a website that has become wonky as of lately. For whatever reason certain downloads show as broken despite them being there and working fine. as such JD goes through it's process of waiting 30 minutes to try the file again, but usually that file just isn't available for some reason at the moment.

What I'd like is to keep the process moving constantly. So if in maybe 30 seconds the download doesn't start then it skips that file and goes to the next. And once it has made it's rounds through all the files in all the packages then it would repeat itself doing the same thing for the skipped files until everything has been downloaded.

@bugnotme: Can you please provide a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...d-session-logs
then we can check if we can optimize the plugin, so you don't have to do anything, or this must be coped with on higher level.
With log, we can tell if/how it is possible to lower the waiting time
