i'm using cocoleech premium and since yesterday i'm having a problem with jd accepting username\password of my cocoleech premium account



i've already tried to delete\insert the account again, i've alreeady tried to change cocoleech passowrd but the error, after the account is recognized correctly as premium, it displays again the username\pw error

Hi,
their API seems to be working just fine here.
I was able to add my free ocoleech.com test account just fine.
Please verify your login credentials again and send them to support@jdownloader.org if you can#t make it work.

Either you send us username/password to support@jdownloader.org
or you create a debug log. Enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled
and restart JDownloader. Now remove/add the account again and then create log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post logID here

Hi,
indeeed your account is fine but their download API returns the following wrong errorcode:

{"status":"100","message":"Incorrect log-in or password."}

Last time we changed this plugin was 2020-05-08 so this issue is definitely not caused by changes on our side!

Please contact the cocoleech.com support and ask them to fix login via this following call:

members.cocoleech.com/auth/api?username=xxx&password=xxx&link=xxx

I've additionally also contacted their support.

I've contacted them too though I'm unsure whether or not the mail I have is still their current one.
I'll mark this thread as "Declined" as the issue is not JD related but I may also set it to "Solved" in case they fix it.

I've already contacted them through the member page and i'll update this thread as soon as they'll answer my request
