Unknown JDownloader id Returning To The Dashboard
Hi,
For about a week I have been unable to connect to my headless jdownloader server. I have restarted the server, checked the running logs, but I am unable to see where the problem is. If I login to my.jdownloader account I can see the server instance running on that website. However, if i click the instance i get the error at the top of the screen "Unknown Jdownloader ID. Returning to the dashboard". I can see a german post on here from a few days ago that someone else is having the same problem but no solution. Reading that thread, translated into english, it think it says to remove the files in the tmp directory of my jdownloader headless install so it generates a new device id. If I do this, and then start the headless jdownloader instance I can see from the my.jdownloader url that the device id has changed, but I am still greated by the above error. I also have the firefox myjdownloader plugin. If i login to that I can see the jdownloader instance. If i press the start download in the plugin, I can see from my server console that it does interact with the headless jdownloader. If I try to view the download queue in any way...the above error is shown. Its as if the communication between the my.jdownloader website, and my headless jdownloader instance is broken. I think this started since the last update. |

We just identified a possible cause of this. We will fix it with next update of Webinterface.
Does this happen always or can't you use the webinterface at all?

It wasnt working at all over the last 5-7 days, and about 20 restarts of my headless jdownloader.
Oddly enough, I have just restarted my headless jdownloader again...And it works I assume it was a bug on the website then as I have not changed anything here. All working now. |

Thanks for the feedback! Once we released the update it should no longer happen.
