do I have to wait for the next major update or will the fix be included in next small update? Sorry, I'm asking because I installed today's update (build date 28.10.2024 15:59 CET) but I still receive the same error...

The fix has already been released with yesterdays' set of updates.

If you are still running into problems:

Please post your log-ID here
If your report is about a specific website which JD supports via plugin, please also provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce the issue you are having.
If your report is related to a login specific problem with a plugin supported website, enable debug mode before creating logs, see previously linked instructions.

Falls dein Problem ein Problem mit einer Webseite ist, die per Plugin unterstützt wird, stelle bitte zusätzlich Testlinks zur Verfügung, mit denen sich dein Problem nachstellen lässt.
Geht es um einen nicht funktionierenden Account-Login, aktiviere vor dem Erstellen deines Logs den debug Modus (siehe zuvor verlinkte Anleitung).

I still face the issue with seemingly all e-hentai/exhentai pages.
Today's log ID is: 29.10.24 16.52.20 <--> 29.10.24 16.56.11 jdlog://6046411370661/

Okay strange as it's definitely working for me.
Please do the following:
1. Enable debug mode
Debug mode instructions:

2. Restart JD, trigger the problem and provide a fresh log.

Then after that, delete your e-hentai account from JD, re-add it, then try again and see if the problem keeps happening.

Clearing account data didn't change the situation unfortunately.

just figured out that plugin works for links from e-hentai.org (e.g. **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**) but not for links from exhentai.org (e.g. same gallery: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**)
maybe because e-hentai doesn't require an account to view, whereas exhentai does?

The login is not the problem since I did my tests also with exhentai links and in a logged in state.

The problem was that the version of the website you get has minor differences compared to the one I'am getting.
For e-hentai/exhentai, this can happen based on your account settings or these "perks" you can buy/enabled.

I've updated the gallery crawler to support both variants of the website.
