can't see the recaptcha
hi,
I am using JD in China. The LinkGrabber shows the files online, and I press the start button, but after seconds the Chrome pops up showing a page named as RECAPTCHA-Input **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** with "....disappear in seconds ....", then disappears, leaving no recaptcha image, which makes the download fail. I tried to set Firefox or IE as default browser, it shows a blank RECAPTCHA-Input page. It pops up, disappears ,pops up.... the loop keeps going on. I keep trying it for 2 days, the recaptcha image showed once successfully, puzzling me. I filled it in and the download started. However, it stopped hours later and I can't make it any more. ps: please reply in English, I'll try my best to understand your help with my poor Chinglish.:unsure: thanks. |

captcha is not meant to display in browser for recaptchav1, after image loading it should load captcha dialog within standard jdownloader captcha dialog, assuming you don't have CES provider enabled.
probably best thing todo would be enable debug mode https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and restart client, after restart try and download. On error upload log from the the latest session. raztoki

something on your computer is blocking connection to google recaptcha.
check the logs yourself, jd2installpath/logs/sessionid/nitroflare request to Code:
http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/.... .... --ID:115TS:1474266676261-9/19/16 2:31:16 PM - [] -> java.net.SocketException: Connection reset at java.net.SocketInputStream.read(Unknown Source)

Hi,
I don't known much about network, so it's hard for me to understand the log files. I can see the recaptcha when I reply to the tread:confused:. And due to I'm in China where Google is blocked, I changed my hosts file as the blog **External links are only visible to Support Staff**... said. I tried again. It was the same as before in Chrome, while I can see the recaptcha image in Firefox. However, it's just in the web page leaving no place for me to fill in it.:outch: 20.09.16 10.26.51 <--> 20.09.16 10.31.04 jdlog://9233481887641/ |

if the tab doesn't auto close, you're probably using firefox and default settings prevent this from happening. Then JD reverts to failover (original implementation of recaptchav1, which will result in crappy image quality).
tab auto closing is covered in our support article https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...splay-captchas logs still show that google.com is blocked. raztoki
