YouTube plugin: choose worst variant
In the YouTube plugin settings under "Variant Collection", it says that JDownloader will choose the best of the variants from a collection. Please add an option to select best vs. worst. Downloading worst is useful because then podcasts, audiobooks etc. can be downloaded such that they save space when copied to a mobile device.
Currently selecting the worst variant manually for many files is a big mess. Not all files have the same worst variant. Thanks! |

A slightly inconvenient workaround (but more convenient than the aforementioned "big mess") is this:
Go to "Settings" -> "Advanced Settings" -> "YouTube: Quality Sort Identifier Order Audio Bitrate", invert the order there. (Doing this for every switch is the inconvenient part, because it takes more than just a few klicks.) Also set "YouTube: Quality Sort Identifier Order Audio Codec" as desired. Also make sure that "YouTube: Quality Sort Identifier Order" is set such that "AUDIO_BITRATE" comes before "AUDIO_CODEC" and some other things, but rather not before "RESOLUTION". I also wonder whether this causes video-based properties like "RESOLUTION" to affect the order of audio-only variants. Still a simple few-clicks solution would be great.
