[NOT a JD issue] file.al error 503 and disconnects, also via browser
Hi,
the "file.al" host seems to have changed something, the jDownloader (jD) , every 5 mins or so later , keep on opening new tab in web-browser to solve a captcha (from google), but file download does not begins after solving it, it shows: Wait 25 second ( or something around 25 ). then it shows: "Server error 503: connection limit reached" EDIT : if after one day or 2 day later, i try to download from "file.al" then downlaod can begin, for 2-to-5 minutes (and downloads only about 2 to 5 MBytes only, then it stops and asks for captcha, and after solving, it keeps on showing same server error, again & again after each 5 mins, if again, after one or two days later, i try again the exact same file, it again does exact same thing , like a loop !!! so i have not been able to download even a single file from "file.al" , ever , yet. when i have tried thru web-browser directly from "file.al" , even then, it does something like this, or even worst happen : file download does not even begin . Only once something little bit better happened : half of the file or so arrived then stopped & showed download not-resumable, etc, again loop . At that time, (for-example) 150MBytes out of 300MBytes of a file, was able to arrive (delivered from server to me) , that is the max from "file.al" ever. please fix if it is a Host-plugin issue. EDIT : addded extra info here on what happens, see the top "EDIT" to this line, thanks Last edited by Erik; 14.10.2020 at 17:32. Reason: adding a line that it shows "Wait" before server-error, added note on what happens, etc |

Quoting your EDIT:

I recommend, troubleshooting such issue using this troubleshooting guide. This way, you are able to at least locate where the problem comes from. As this is not a JD issue, you will have to contact the support of file.al and ask them to fix it. Using test-links found via google, I'm not able to reproduce your reported issues - at least not in free (non-account) mode. The issue you're having might even only happen when trying to download the URLs you have. Either way, it'd still be an issue of that filehost an not an issue/bug of our application. -psp-

Hi,
i'm trying to avoid uploading all log files & private data, etc. So i'm sharing only one file, i think this attached file would be enough ? i have tried to replace private/personal/profiling data with the word "PRIVATE" in the log file, everything else is intact. if there are more PERSONAL/PRIVATE/profiling data remaining, please edit & remove, Thanks. EDIT : ah i see , to me sometime those events appeared as a jD plugin issue , as it was often slightly better via "Free Download Manager" (FDM) app , but finally none succeeded. ( i copy url from web-browser into the FDM app , but now i have began to use jD ). Last edited by Jiaz; 15.10.2020 at 18:36. |

Hi again Erik,
your uploaded logs are only used for providing support - your data isn't used for anything else ... but sure I understand your concerns and that log you've uploaded is exactly what we need. It also shows exactly, what I thought happened: The 503 server issue is caused by file.al - it is what their server returns when JD tries to download the file: Code:
<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <title>Error</title> <style> body { width: 35em; margin: 0 auto; font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; } </style> </head> <body> <h1>An error occurred.</h1> <p>Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable.<br/> Please try again later.</p> <p>If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the <a href="**External links are only visible to Support Staff**>error log</a> for details.</p> <p><em>Faithfully yours, nginx.</em></p> </body> </html> In my test though, I was able to successfully start the download of one of the files that failed according to your log (in free mode). Please keep in mind that such issues are often only temporary. -psp-

THANKS PSP, for trying.
its been 1 month 5 days, i could not downlaod even 1 single file from "file.al" ! shows same error, and also keep on telling to wait 5 mins ! so JD keeps on trying after every 5 mins, every 5 mins later captcha solving coming from JD, then to browser, google captcha, then JD shows again same 503-error, again & again, looping same forever. may be this website is using some extra detections (user-agent data collection, comparison, etc). |
