Default Stop asking about adding duplicates or missing parts?

Is it possible to get LinkCollector to stop asking if it should add "duplicates" or "missing parts" to the download list?

I add many links remotely and thus can't see the pop-up message that asks the above, and the problem is that MJD2 will not process all the other grabbed links. In other words, the entire download process is begin held up until the above question(s) is answered. But since I can't see the message, nothing gets downloaded.

This just happened to me this morning. I added links last night before going to bed, but one was a duplicate so all the other links that I added after that were held up. This morning I look to find all my downloads to be complete, but they hadn't even started.

I much prefer to have duplicates downloaded, or even missing parts, than to hold up the entire process..... can this be done?
