Currently downloading any links from profiles that are private on tiktok fail because JD2 cannot access those links.
I couldn't find any account login support for tiktok in the account manager.
Is there any way this could be added?

I'm not yet in the mood to create a 2nd tiktok test-account just to befriend it with the first one in order to implement login support...

@Jiaz: Did you do "jdownloader2." "." included? The pass requires a special character. Im pretty sure that's correct.

@zylaxabi: thanks, they do work but they don't have access to a *private only* profile? could you modify the two accounts, so one is private and the one one is following it and that way can access a demo video?

1. I'm unable to login into those account(s).
Titkok website always claims "you're using our service too often" while I didn't do anything...

2. Even if I was able to login:
I need to have some kind of "private profile" available to check if the download of videos posted via provivate/befriended profiles works.
Is this condition given?

@pspzockerscene: just tested and working fine here (firefox incognito) and yes, he setup both accounts.
account a follows account b which is private and contains a video
maybe try a fresh ip

Added tiktok.com account support which enables the download of private videos/profiles.
Keep in mind that this works only in website mode.
This means for private profiles/videos:

• Those are only downloadable when set to Website mode in JD plugin settings
• Profile crawler: Website mode needs to be used and that is still only able to crawl the first "page" (max ~30 items)
• Because private videos can only be downloaded in website mode, they can only be downloaded with watermark

You need to use the following plugin crawler/download mode settings to use tiktok accounts to download private videos/profiles:

I was trying to add "Download without watermark" support for private videos too but unfortunately the tiktok accounts that I had for testing both don't work anymore.

If anyone still wants to have this feature: We'd need tiktok login credentials containing access to private videos in order to work on this.

When I last updated this thread, the accounts you've sent us for testing didn't work anymore.
