JD automatically adds links when I copy them. How do I stop that? I want to manually add them.

Also, how do I change the size of the video file? So it adds 720p videos and not 1080p?

clipboard monitoring, you can do this on jd main toolbar or via the tray icon right click function

second question, depends on the plugin and how its made
youtube for instance you goto settings > plugins > youtube.com
disable qualities above that you rather not have

other plugins JD grabs the best and has no plugin options.
