Zippyshare.com downloads one file instead of simultaneous
Hi Jdownloader Team,
First of all, let me say gazillion of thanks first. Due to this extremely useful tool, enabling me to download gazillions of files in Zippyshare. But for the past 2-3 weeks, there has been a problem with Jdownloader with Zippyshare. It doesn't immediately start downloading the file, but instead it starts one by one, with a gap of 40-2 minutes for each file. So, I am asking to kindly look after this problem, my DDL community also suffer from this issue. If this issue getting solved, it would ease up their downloads as well. Thanks so much Edit: Kindly check my log: 09.12.18 09.15.37 <--> 09.12.18 16.04.33 jdlog://1898664433151/ and my example files: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Last edited by d3ther; 09.12.2018 at 17:07. Hi tony2long,
Thanks for the reply! I think it's because there is no Zippyshare plugin listed in Plugins tab to input ID and password. Also, Zippyshare enable us to download without having to log in. |

Sorry this plugin won't be changed - we're happy that it is working at the moment as ZS often tried to block downloadmanagers in the past

@d3ther
you can change this newly introduced behaviour in zippyshare plugins settings See screenshot: https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...4&postcount=18 |

@Nordmann
I was having the same problem since several weeks now, and changing that option fixed it, so thanks a bunch for that. I'm just wondering why it wasn't answered officially? |

@Jiaz
I see, but I was thinking of the why not in some thread from the "English" forum; I had to use Google translate for the answers. By the way, earlier today I left downloading a bunch of links (23), without using the "sequential" related option, and I saw they started as it used to be: all at once. The thing is, right now after resuming the system, I found it like this: And they won't start again once I press the "play" like button neither even having restarted JD2. I had to reset each one of the faulty downloads. They were just 20 concurrent downloads, like the ones I never had a problem with before, when that "JS" feature still wasn't implemented. My system have 16 GB RAM. Last edited by ElCho; 23.01.2019 at 01:31. |

Please provide a screenshot of the about dialog.
what are your max downloads/max connections? I would say you have setup too high values and java heap is too small for that many connection buffers + JDownloader itself

Here I leave it you:
I'm using 20/20. But as I said before, using the very same system/configuration, sometime ago (before the java change) I didn't have this problem. I'm not using virtual memory, if that's of some help. Thanks. Last edited by ElCho; 23.01.2019 at 18:27. |

20/20 is too much with just 500mb max heap. Either you reduce at least max connections or you increase available heap memory to Java.
also 20/20 is too much as those are 400 connections. default buffer is about 512kb for each connection and that is around 200mb just for download buffers.

I have increased the memory heap value to "-Xmx1g", and just tried it with a set of files summing up ~23 GB, and they were downloaded correctly. I'm using "20/20" since I noted that's a way of maximizing my available download bandwidth to the higher value, almost constantly. Maybe I could decrease the amount of concurrent files, but if there are no problems ahead, I will keep it like that.

Thanks for the feedback You can keep the 1g max heap, I guess the rest (15GB) should be more than enough just don't open thousands of tab in browser
