Default Missing part of the Archive Extractor page menu

It seems my Archive Extractor page has been shortened and truncated and can no longer see all my saved passwords.

It looks like the following:

see attached image...

Only a few of my passwords can be seen. The scroll bar that would normally be on the right hand side of Archive Extractor settings menu is missing and it cuts off abruptly at the bottom of the page as seen in the picture attachment.

The only way I noticed this was when I was getting extraction errors left & right on files I normally wouldn't have gotten since those saved passwords I have stored in there are re-used over and over again.

Here is an updated log that should be more complete:

02.01.16 09.39.07to29.12.15 12.05.55 jdlog://8706154739341/

Also see new picture attachments from my other machine showing what the password list at the bottom of the page should look like. It's split into two because I couldn't get it to fit on to one screen view

Please check the file
cfg\org.jdownloader.extensions.extraction.ExtractionExtension.passwordlist.json
if it still contains all passwords?
Logs are clear and I guess that the passwords got deleted (either by accident or firewall/av)

Yeah, I temporarily opened it with notepad and they all seem to be there. Not sure why the password field down there is all scrunched-up like that down at the bottom. At one time, the field was elongated like the third picture I showed up above.

I did delete everything in the cfg file and copied it over from my other machine, but it's still truncated on one machine and not the other. Didn't do anything. Not sure why they aren't catching what's in there and extracting them.

Any ideas?

How many passwords do you have in list?
Can we do a teamviewer session? Best way to help that sort of problems.

It doesn't look the same as the second images from my other machine.

Interesting that the problem I am having is on the laptop with the 17" screen while the full correct view can be seen in the 15" laptop screen. It's the only menu page so far that I have found problems.

Teamviewer? How do I access? Is there a time you want to set up?

download teamviewer.com, start it (no need to install) and send ID and PW to support@jdownloader.org

Well that's fine but the last time I did that, I sat around for almost an hour waiting for somebody to show up. I finally gave up on that.

@GWT10

Appwork is based in Germany, they work German business hours, if you send outside those hours you will most likely miss them.

I can offer help also but I wont see the email support ticket, your better off finding teamview supporter via IRC chat. As more people are available than single person (Jiaz) that has access to tickets received by email.

And which IRC chat do you use? I hope it's browser based as I do not want to install another program on my machine.

Thanks

I'm on the east coast in New York. You're 6 hours ahead, I believe.

What's a good time for you?

I'll get back with you on this. Right now I'm working on another issue with Nitroflare. One issue at a time.

Thanks
