Default Download Incomplete Issues

I'm having trouble downloading from all hosts since yesterday,
the download seems to stop around 150-160MB (Download Incomplete)

I used the nightly version when it started so I Installed the stable version and got same result.

also tried to tweak with the max con. (2) max dls. (2), still not downloading.

I would really like to know if anybody else have these problems?

I want to know if this is something I should solve with my ISP.

Thanks

What happens when you reset the downloads and try again ?
Do they then stop at the same point ?
Please post a log and some example links!

no different point each time, how can I make JDownloader save the log?
the hosters I tried are hotfile, rapidshare, netload.

P.S.
I also neglected to mention I'm a Linux user
Code:
(Kernel 2.6.31-19-generic #56-Ubuntu v9.10 SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux)

solved it, it has nothing to do with JDownloader although it was the only program that was affected like that.

I suspect that this has to do with Sun VirtualBox network module and the fact that I use multiple network interfaces.

I'd like to thank pspzockerscene and jiax in the irc chat room for their help.

It depends on the frame size of the video that you're watching, and I also assume it depends on codecs and/or renders you might be using while watching the movie.

This is not a JDownloader related issue.
