There is support with a ticket system but trying to create an account, it's free without needing to confirm your email to have access.
The support team always tells me to respond to the ticket quickly with a delay of a few hours but the email support is no longer used and the delays are much longer for a response. ( contact@opdeb.com ) I explained the situation briefly and they can give you a trial plan if you have an account.

Short notes about their API: It has numerous design flaws which I will report to them if they want to know. At this moment, the API is unusable for me.

A first test version of the plugin is available in our IDE-only/dev version.
I cannot publish it because of the bad API design. Notes: - Not all supported hosts are displayed due to them using abbreviations instead of the full domains in their API for example "drop" instead of "drop.download" or "vipfile" instead of "vipfile.cc". You can use/test this version by setting up the dev version as explained here: https://support.jdownloader.org/know...up-ide-eclipse

I do not need your premium account API key anymore for testing so feel free to invalidate it. I will come back to you in this thread, once a working plugin is available.
