Just checked and reset already clears link local and global cache.

Even after resetting links, they were still throttled - so I guess a reset doesn't refresh them.

I could not reproduce this issue. Please know that reset will only reset selected links and the global link. if there are links in linkgrabber, those will not be affected by this. you will have to move those to download list and then reset.
