Default DLINK340L NAS & my.jdownloader not working

Hi all, sorrry to join a hit instantly with a problem.

I have a DLINK DNS340L NAS box with jdownloader installed (from the vtverdohleb website).
I then used my.jownloader plugin for chrome to access the controls and it worked very well. I could switch my PC off and the NAS would carry on with my downloads. Excellent. But sadly its broken.

It now just says no connected jdownloader found. I have tried creating a new account (several times) but still never finds the jdownloader.
I installed jdownloader on a virtual machine and i can connect to that, just not my NAS box version.

Several changes around the time it stopped working.
1, Chrome decided my box was an insecure connection and i get the red X in the URL bar. I have tried adding a certificate to allow it, which sometimes works and sometimes not?

2, I switched my ISP around the same time.

Can anyone help please?

Many thanks.

Connect via ssh/putty and start JDownloader manually. I guess JDownloader is no longer logged-in in MyJDownloader.
Start it with
java -jar JDownloader.jar
and check if it asks for MyJDownloader logins on console.

You should also see errors on console.

I can also offer help via Teamviewer if you like. Just send me ID and PW to support@jdownloader.org

Loaded up my browser to check the units IP and went to the account management icon.

Loaded up putty ready and spotted something odd.

Internet status disconnected ??? oops.

Found the problem with a NAS box, how do you reset it when people are
streaming from it? oops.

I will report back later. Could it be so simple? Box has decided it didnt like the internet anymore? or maybe its the new router?

I was downloading from my NAS remotely and it suddenly stopped responding, and that was before the ISP change.

Back later, thanks.

Skulks in and hides in the corner

Seems my box decided it didnt like being on the internet. Could not detect UPNP
on the router even though it was enabled. Router showed the NAS had connection
but the NAS thought it hadn't. Rebooted NAS no good, Added port forwarding to the
NAS and still nothing but another reboot had it working.

I think the NAS has issues and disconnects from the internet when it feels like it.
I had issues setting up the my.jdownloader initially. Followed the instructions and
it had this same issue. Then suddenly started working again.

Thanks.

PS. Please marked this as SOLVED OP is a numpty, Please check your NAS has internet access

One more thing before it gets locked or moved or lost

With the my.jdownloader plugin, i have a real debrid and an all debrid account,
all debrid is fine, but my real debrid gives errors (could not find account cookie)
i have seen fixes for this with the program but not using the my.jdownloader
plugin. Is there a fix?
Sometimes if i re-enter the details it did reset but soon appeared back with the error.

No issues with the program though, RD is working fine.

Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback!

For the real-debrid issue, can you please provide a logfile? In Settings in Webinterface you can create a logfile and either post the shown logID here or send it to support@jdownloader.org

I can also offer a teamviewer session (send an email) so we check out together what is broken in real-debrid plugin and I will fix it then

Dumb moment again. Selected Create A Log, but where is it?

No new files appear to have been created and no LogID showing in the browser?

Feel free to laugh at me

Thanks

Just send us the shown logID. You can see logs yourself in the logs folder inside your JDownloader folder.
Did you disable creation of logs?

Not disabled logs as far as i am aware. will check.

Its the chrome browser plugin so no install folder. Mt DLINK NAS just shows the JD icon, when you click it there is just my login name/password and a launch JD button.

I click that and it opens the Chrome JD plugin with no mention of disabling logs and when i select create log nothing appears to happen.

What would the logs file be like? I could try a total system search.

Screen grab here...

Create a log in the first picture does nothing?

I do have JD on another machine, but i think i messed it up when trying to setup my NAS.

I found info on setting it up with just the NAS and not actually installing and linking another machine to it. If i use the other machine it wont save to the NAS.
I must be doing something wrong.

Thanks for putting up with me.

I think something is messed with the installation
-for example the screenshot shows *no storage information available*. That is very unlikely.
-also two different IP's from same subnet?!
-no information about java,heap...

What java version are you using? java -version

I can offer you help via teamviewer if you like. Just send me ID and PW to support@jdownloader.org

Yes 2 IPs from the same NAS, its a dual channel to speed up file transfers etc. A bit like bonded ISDN phone lines i presume.

The NAS uses JAVA 8. Not seen anything other than that for the DLINK NAS boxes.

Thanks.

LCAP Bonding, both interfaces have the same IP. Only multipath ISCSI can make use of this. So must be something else but doesn't matter.

I really suggest we do a teamviewer session so we can check this out together.
