Default Real-Debrid download issues

Recently it started to happen a strange thing, when you try to download any file using realdebrid from a supported host, it starts the download (1 o more chunks it's the same) it keeps restarting all the time and it wont download anything... tried the same links converting them manually on the realdebrid generator sistem and downloading using flashget and it download without problems.
If you could please take a look at that I will really appreciate it.

Thnxs in advance!

first download 1 chunk resume
requested a range
range header wasn't provided as a response only content size (correct value).

second download 10 chunk download
chunk ranges was not provided.

think its issue of mega <> real debrid as chunking is stated its possible within json response, yet when download starts they don't allow.

these sort of chunking issues are problem for our current download core.

I've sent skype message to realdebrid admin, he really needs to identify this on his side, as chunking is available by mega.

I mark this thread as solved, as real-debrid has to fix the underlying issue. Not a JDownloader bug

Hi, just curious if you heard back from realdebrid admin and if it's fixed? I guess I am just wondering how we will know if this is fixed since I disabled realdebrid in JD2 until I know it's working OK again.

Who said it's fixed? I'm trying to figure out how to know when it's fixed. Jiaz said he resolved the issue because realdebrid HAS to fix it since it's not a JD bug, but nothing about it being fixed.

Well not necessary - for some admins we got contacts for some we don't.
As far as I know raztoki is in touch with real-debrid.

Hi, just curious if you received any feedback/notification from realdebrid admin that issue is fixed on their side?

Well for some time i tested it and this is what i can say...

1- Not a realdebrid issue since mipony, and converted files from realdebrid works just fine. Contacted realdebrid about it, they asked me to test from their site using different download managers and everything was ok, so they said it was on your end.

2- as a workaround I've setted to 2 split parts and seems to work so far. Bad thing is it sets every single host/file to 2 parts, not just mega. (maybe you could add a special split option on hosts download rules part to set per host split parts if not configured just use global one)

3- since one of the latest updates i've noticed a new bug regarding to realdebrid account ussage. Now it's about uploaded.com files, if you stop them, and try to resume them, they get their download status reseted and have to download whole file again. Tested from their site and no problem. Using mipony no problem either.

Please provide logs for 1 and 3, https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post logID here
till now all reported issues were caused on server side on real-debrid. and please note that testing browser/other download manager works differently because they work differently. we use an api from real-debrid so they should fix it.
provide a log and we can show what is failing

just to make it clear, I'm not saying that there is no problem with JDownloader-Realdebrid but want I can tell is that nearly 99,999% of reported errors are caused by them

well since one of the lastest updates realdebrid downloads only downloads in 1 chunk no matter which host, a little annoying, but it works now and doesn't keeps failing like used to. same as what i posted as a workaround before. Now what happens is that they never resume downloads, everytime you stop a download and start again they get reseted and start all over again. so far tested and saw it happen with mega and uploaded. Here is a log file for it

Mega downbloads are still resseting when you stop/resume them. I posted this long time ago, you said you were going to fix it and set the post as solved before and still happens. Maybe this time you could really get it working...

Thnxs in advance!
