Default JDownloader2 bugs

I just downloaded JDownloader2 on my new MacBook Pro.

When trying to check for updates, always receive error message.

It no longer recognizes copied links from my browser automatically.

See attached screen shot.

Please advise.

Did you make sure to install the >=10.7 macos version?
