[Declined] novafile

Hope this is the right place where to post this question.
Today I've downloaded a file from Novafile. From that moment it seems impossible for me to download anything else from there. It keep saying "you reach the maximum ...wait 59 min".
Of course the "reconnect option" is activated (and it works). My question: is there any chance that JD send out my computer general ID? If not I don't understand how Novafile could "see" that I have previously downloaded a file.
