System freezes are a sign for driver/firewall/av/hardware issues. JDownloader is normal user space application and that one cannot easily freeze your whole system.
To me it looks like IO issue. JDownloader downloads at high speed and then OS struggles to write data to disk and then blocks/freezes. Or firewall/av issue Are you downloading to that Corsair directly? Drive F: ? Could you please test it with CrystalDiskMark What firewall/av are you using? Have you tested to download on different drive/location? Also try to reduce max connection to 1 and check if the issue still exists? In doubt I can offer a Teamviewer session and we check this out together, just contact me via support@jdownloader.org
