Exclamation Frequent Logins continuous issue (rg)

Hi All

Using Kaspersky, Windows 10. Latest version of jdownloader (I believe I updated recently which coincides with issue).

For the last couple of days I've had an issue with "Frequent Logins - please wait". Its temp disabled for 5 minutes. Then once the countdown finishes - it restarts. At first I was able to just use my browser to download (at rapidgator), but at some point it also was having a frequent login issue there - I believe something in jdownloader is causing the frequent logins to the point that it locked my rg account? I emailed rapidgator and This problem has since went away (I can now dl using my browser) - but the issue remains in jdownloader. Can anybody advise what might be causing this?

Log:

24.02.20 18.24.34 <--> 24.02.20 13.01.47 jdlog://3920715302851/

Thank you kindly! I'm sorry if I shouldn't be creating a new thread? Should I be adding this reply to an existing thread?

Cheers

you're the only one reported of having a issue that I'm aware of.
only thing that you have is VPN use, which some hosters at times prevent.

By default JD uses API, so not the website
but does check account status every 30minutes.

Hi

Shortly after I created the thread, rg support did something on their end and asked me to delete my cache. The issue is now resolved - I don't think it was a jdownloader issue. I tried to delete the thread but the thread hadn't made its way through moderators/been published. Trying to delete the thread or mark it as solved.

Thanks for the response!

How did you delete your cache? Do you mean the cache on your browser or in JD2?

I'm having the same issue rapidgator and frequent logins. thanks

Seems like on their attempts of banning multihosters, they are currently also banning/shadow banning a lot of legit users ...

Thanks for your reply. After I posted my question I read the OP was using a VPN. When I encountered the issue I was using a VPN. Today I downloaded rg links but forgot to turn on the VPN first, no errors.
