Default geo ip blocked - automatically try another proxy?

It seems that my home IP gets sometimes geo ip blocked (i.e. some zippyshare hosts block my range, and some don't even if I change IPs, the files that are failing continue to fail).

But, they work fine with my proxies

haven't looked deep into this, but it seems that jd2 doesn't automatically retry (at least quickly) the geo ip blocked files with a different connection. it seemed as if it went on a 1 hour timeout when it would try again, possibly with the same connection.

this also impacts link loading, as it can't verify the link if its getting geo ip blocked.

Try GeneralSettings.freeproxybalancemode (e.g. CYCLE, RANDOM or BALANCE) in your advanced settings. And white-/blacklist in your connection manager.
