Default easybytez.com Account Manager problem

Hi I have a premium account in easybytez but I cannot add it in Jdownloader2. I get a message saying "Cannot add Account because Invalid Username/Password".
However after checking them many times, they user and passw seem indeed correct.
I checked the account, it is active and no special characters for user/passw have been used.
Can you help me?

Send it to me via PM so I can check/fix it.

Hi again
It seems like the issues are on their side.
Check it if you want:
1.Delete your browser cookies.
2.Try to login.
You either get a "Software error" page or a timeout...at least that's what happened to me.
Probably their support will have to solve this!

Hi
I've done the following but without success:
1) cleared all the cookies and the ID/PWs of Firefox
test 1: I can still login with Firefox, there seems to be no interface problem on their side
test 2: : launched a brand intact new Windows session in Virtualbox, and repeated test 1 within the new environment. No problem for logging in with Firefox.
2) launched a brand new Windows session in Virtualbox, downloaded and installed the last JD2, within the new environment.
test 3: tried to create the account in the Account Manager, it results the same problem: ID/PW not accepted after the JD2 test

Hi again
Now I was able to login your account without any problems (via JD).
Please enter our supportchat tomorrow and try to contact jiaz or me.

Today the Account Manager accepts the ID/PW.
Unfortunately I have no hints on the reasons why it was problematic...
For the moment the issue can be closed.
