The same issue from here is happening to me as well. I keep trying to copy the YouTube cookie with EditThisCookie and pasting it into the account manager, but it keeps failing to recognize it. I would've tried FlagCookie, but said extension seems unable to register the existence of the YouTube cookie in the first place, so it doesn't give me the option to copy it.

@MarqFJA87: try the following. Restart your browser, go to yt website (not a video) and then export the cookies. In case it still fails, please send us the exported cookie string to support@jdownloader.org

@Jiaz: Did that, still the same result. Sent the cookie as requested.

@MarqFJA87: I've answered by mail. Seems you used the wrong export method. Please use the export to clipboard in json format. your mail contains a export to file format

@MarqFJA87
No idea how/why but you must have modified the default settings of the EditThisCookie addon and changed the default export format.
Rightclick on the EditThisCookie Icon -> Options -> The last option defines the cookie output format here you need to select "JSON".
Somehow you must have selected "Netscape Http Cookie File" instead.

@Jiaz: Huh. I guess I changed that setting for some reason and then forgot to change it back afterwards. It's working now. Thank you.

That said, it would really help if you point out this requirement in the cookie login instructions, because they mention nothing about it.

Although I do not agree 100% as "json" is the default setting, I've just updated our cookie login instructions and added an extra step to the EditThisCookie instructions.

i am recently getting many video corruption in youtube downloads.
I use tor to download them but I use that before too. and I have tested http proxy and still corruptions are there.
I noticed this with vimeo videos recently but I thought that was because I rebooted my system unsafely.
but now I am not sure anymore.
deos anyone else see any corruption in videos downloaded?
btw is there a command line or a free program that check videos for corruption, because right now I can only confirm these visually.

update:
using ffmpeg as:
ffmpeg.exe -v error -i downloadedfile -f null - 2>error.log
I get these messages:
[libdav1d @ 0x562ccf11b640] Unknown OBU type 0 of size 4

I tested with vp9 too so I know it is not av1 only.
also when I download the file every time I do (and I get errors) the size is different.
so maybe jdownloader is missing some parts.
I had this issue with hls before but on sites like ok.ru and not youtube.

this is really bad.
this issue is random and that makes it hard to diagnose.
I didnt ever had this issue with youtube on jdownloader.

@rezad: when it happens on yt/vimeo and different format, most likely it is hardware/system caused. you should check your filesystem and smartdata of your disk and also check your system memory (memtest86).

I tested with download of rar files.
they works.
android rom image with hash check works.
only these videos that I explained get corrupted.

Can I get some advisory on how I'd download a playlist such as this one? So I attempted to do the click and drag over the videos to get them all picked up by the LinkGrabber but it doesn't end up working and just spools and because the playlist is over 100 I can't just simple drop the URL in either. Is there another way to download all 154 videos in the playlist without having to manually grab the links for each one? Maybe a specific point I click and drag to so LinkGrabber doesn't freak out?

Playlist: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

@TheRenegadist: please see https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...postcount=5177
for example scroll down until all videos are visible and then select them all and copy to clipboard.
or see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...orted-websites

Was genau meinst du? Es gab seit dem 6ten September keine Updates. Aktuell bin ich an den gemeldeten Problemen mit der Paketierung dran. Aber an (Play/Channel...)Listen gab es keine Änderungen.

I think the jdownloader skips some data ( maybe because I use tor proxy to download videos from youtube).
I noticed that when the errors are there the video file is smaller than the size shown in link collector. but when the size is correct, usually the video is correct too.

@rezad: No changes from our side and JDownloader downloads the file/stream as it is. What ffmpeg version do you have? Can you provide example links where this happens? Have you checked if those videos are/were live streams? those only work once fully converted and need to be added again in that case.

Hi,
I've a problem with youtube (RSS/xml) links.

Problem:
I add the RSS-Link of a channel to jdownloader and no videos are found.

Problem since:
2021/12/24

Last time it worked:
2021/12/23

Example Link:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
For non staff members: ***youtube***/feeds/videos-xml?channel_id=....

Additional Informations:
1) I add multiple links on a daily basis via a Script. None of the YouTube xml links does work.
2) Deep crawl does work, but collects half of twitter, insta, and so on with it.

@oni-: I'm sorry but I could not find any sign/hint that the plugin ever supported those feeds. I've checked all changes between 01.12.21 and 24.12.21 .Those urls never were supported and either you had a Linkcrawler Rule in place or placed the extension on auto deepdecrypt.

Script? do you mean Eventscripter? or external script?
if Eventscripter, then just set the deep decrypt flag AND/OR
-create a LinkCrawler Rule for this xml url to only parse/find video links, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...le-deepdecrypt
-setup a Settings->Linkgrabber Filter-> and only allow videos from this xml url as source.
I would recommend LinkCrawler rule as this will make JDownloader auto crawl the url when copied to clipboard AND also filter out unwanted content/links.
