Hello, I have subscription to MultiShare.cz site (plugin). This site (plugin) supports many hosts including Turbobit.net. I completely removed turbobit account. Multishare account is configured. My login credentials show right data amount I have available. I feeded many turbobit links, but only free turbobit downloading is used. I even tried to make a rule Turbobit.net -> accounts with multiple hosts, MultiShare enabled , Download without account disabled. No success, still only free downloading from turbobit si used (very slow). Something wrong. Thanks for any advice. JN, Czech rep.

Please create a logfile, https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
JDownloader temp disables supported hosters in case the multihoster has issues or fails on them

Yes, you can see it inside the logs folder inside your JD folder.
That log is also clean.

You can remotely acces any JD, only if I give you that id ?
In my folder 1513839364094_Thu, Dec 21, 2017 07.56 +0100 there's definitely many files. I can zip them and send by mail. |

When you upload log, I can access that log if you give the id of that uploaded log.
Yes, there are many files in the log, but no turbobit log.

If you see turbobit log, you can upload that log, if not, download turbobit file until you see turbobit log, then upload that log.

If.. If... If.. You are not helping much. I have 3 files (all hosted in turbobit) in downloading progress. ETA times are over 2, 6 and 7 hours!. In status column I see "Download (turbobit.net)", in connection column I see among others MultiShare plugin icon (btw all icons should have tooltips). I have no turbobit in account manager. That's why I started this thread. It seems to me that free turbobit dowloading is used or MustiShare is used but using only free turobit instead of using my paid account. If you tell me that Multishare plugin is to blame, I'll ask the author to repair. But I need to know.

Log does not show any error. It shows pending downloads from turbobit via multishare.
Does the speedgraph show a red line? Did you try to download in browser via multishare and compare speeds?
