[Solved] try restarting the link (plugin outdated?)

Today I have a problem with the J Dowloader and trying to download from openload.co I get "try restarting the link (plugin outdated?)" I do not know how to solve this error and I was looking for and I found a post for the year 2011. I would like to could give a hand with this to re-download normally as I used to

PS: I do not speak English, I use a translator so I hope I'm not a nuisance and be patient with me. My language is Spanish.
